Pretzel Flower Snack

Spring is one of my favorite times of the year.  Spring rains seem to wash away the gray of winter, and the world once again seems fresh and new with the trees budding and flowers blooming!  You can take this opportunity to talk with your children about the beauty of God's creation and how he cares for us while making this simple pretzel flower snack.

Materials Needed: -Pretzels -White Chocolate -M&Ms -Wax paper Line up pretzels on wax paper

Melt the white chocolate Drizzle white chocolate on the the pretzels liberally.  Add one colored M&M to the middle of the pretzel and then add different colored M&Ms around the edge of first one until you have filled your pretzel and made colorful flowers. While waiting for the chocolate to harden you can refer to Matthew 6:28-30 "And why worry about your clothing?  Look at the lilies of the field and how they grow.  They don't work or make their clothing, yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are.   And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. "

Enjoy!
